1 Standard Connection Settings
Use the following verified server settings to connect any modern mail client:
* **Incoming Mail Server (IMAP):** `mail.sunapee.net` (Port: `993`, Security: `SSL/TLS`)
* **Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):** `mail.sunapee.net` (Port: `465` or `587`, Security: `SSL/TLS` or `STARTTLS`)
* **Username:** Your complete email address (e.g., `you@sunapee.net`)
* **Password:** Your assigned secure mailbox password
* **Authentication:** Password / Normal Password required for both incoming and outgoing.

2 Setup on iPhone & iPad (iOS Mail)

Open Settings on your iOS device and tap Mail > Accounts > Add Account.

Tap Other, then select Add Mail Account.

Enter your Name, Email (you@sunapee.net), Password, and a Description (e.g. Sunapee.net Mail).

Select IMAP at the top. For both Incoming and Outgoing Host Name, enter mail.sunapee.net.

Enter your full username and password for both sections and tap Save.
3 Webmail Browser Access
You can also access your mailbox directly from any web browser without configuring apps by visiting `https://mail.sunapee.net` with your full email address and password.
